Clean room. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to the border, shops, restaurants. This hotel only offers Valet Parking for $20 a day, unless stated otherwise. Will definitely book again, when in El Paso.

The room was spacious and quiet and clean. I was staying long enough that I was able to relax and figure out some of the quirks of the room like the remote controlled shades - which were nice! (Just would have loved a heads up so I wasn’t trying to figure it out and feeling silly once it dawned on me) The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made sure my dog felt loved and welcomed too! It’s a great space and feels very modern while respecting the history of the building. I would definitely recommend it for others - Just be prepared for quirks like the remote controlled shades and the elevators that don’t both go to all the floors!

I love this place. All the beautiful old buildings. Best of all, the staff was very helpful and all the people were so nice, that includes the staff, guests, even people on the street. El Paso is the best city ever. I can’t wait to bring friends.

Lovely stay in downtown El Paso

Great old building renovated and modern. Very clean rooms. Breakfast could be improved. It seemed like the food was premade and microwaved.

The cleaning staff had the room looking amazing. Tight bed sheets, super clean bathroom and a great view on the 9th floor. Front desk was allways helpful and friendly and the valet parking was the fastest Ive ever seen. 10 out of 10

Valet staff were great!

The check in was simple and easy. The Valet staff were so helpful in both check in and check out. The room was adequate and the only thing missing was an extra toilet paper! I tried calling the front desk but it was permanently engaged. Apart from that it was nice stay with friendly staff. Oh and great room views with beautiful sunset!
