"Clean room breakfast wasn’t the best"

"They don’t honor your request or value your right for privacy! They do not provide “do not disturb” signs so you have to let the front desk know that you don’t want housekeeping or be disturbed. That request was ignored. When I confronted them, they said they would bring it up to the head of housekeeping and gave me the number for the manager. I left a message for the manager but was met with silence. Upon check in, the room clean but the sink was dirty. NO hair dryers are available. The guide on the TV does not match the channels on the TV Plus, the colors on the TV were off (it had a blue ) and there was no way to fix it. The bed was decent but slides off the frame cause it’s just a cheap platform. Water doesn’t get very hot and the pressure is not great. The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof. You can hear (and feel) planes overhead. For a night or two, it’s fine. The ladies at the were very nice although no issues were remedied. "Staff was great at check in and check out. The bed was comfortable but the shower had some mold and the shower amenity pumps were empty. It was definitely a $100 room. "

"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"Breakfast was basic, eggs, breakfast meat 2/3 days, the usual toast, waffles, oatmeal, boiled eggs. No great fruit options and just basic"

"Cute hotel, wonderful staff. Amenities are nice. Bed is comfy. Shower was cold first thing in the morning like boiler ran out. "

"Very poor effects. 1. No clear instructions on where to have breakfast when having breakfast in your reservation. Front desk failed to provide clear instructions on what to expect at the bistro in the morning 2. Close the breakfast place without any advance notice even after we got affirmative confirmation to have breakfast at bistro the night before. 3. Front office has no compassion or efforts to help the customers when we express our frustration and the hotel lack of communication of closing the breakfast place. The guy said nothing he can do and told us to wait until manager come back 4. Although we communicated to the manager about the expense we spent elsewhere for the breakfast the same day and agreed upon points to be reimbursed, no points were hit our account one week after checking out. "
