"The hotel is undergoing renovations. We may have been on a floor that had yet to be renovated. A lamp and a charger were unplugged. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again. "

"First we are a family and traveled with 5 kids. The pool was WARM, we LOVE that! The BAD part of the pool is the so called “lifeguards” , not on the same page one night my kids could use their soft water ball the next nope it’s an issue. One of the lifeguards stayed on her laptop and phone the whole time barely looked up at the pool that at one point was FULL of kids! Why be there then? Now to the room. It was perfect for what we paid for. Nothing special but no complaints other than windows so t open at a for fresh air. The guy at front desk was very nice. The elevator took forever and was a bit sketchy. We would come back again though! "

"The property is a bid dated and worn, but the wifi, parking, vending machines, and location all came as advertised. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better, but it wasn't anything too horrible. You get what you pay for."

"We were there for a dance competition. The front desk gave another family in our group a later check out but wouldn’t give me the same late check out time claiming she was limited to giving that time for check out. It was a Sunday so the hotel wasn’t fully booked. She didn’t give us the same check out time simply because she didn’t want to not because she couldn’t. Doesn’t seem like good business practice to value some customer needs but not others. I understand a late check out is a courtesy but the same gesture should be given to all customers "

"the fatal flaw is barely any sound insulation between rooms so next door people are too loud. Bed is just okay and pillows are cheap junk"

"It’s a dump. The pictures are misleading. The first room I was assigned smelled like an ashtray, so much for a non smoking facility. The room I wound up with smelled musty. The fan in the bathroom made a very loud noise so you couldn’t even turn the light in. Carpet was torn up. Sketchy looking patrons. The whole place gave me the ick. I should have spent more and picked another place. Would not recommend. "
