Good hotel for a short stay. Near everything, very convenient.

Arrived 8pm, self-parked. Front-desk said couldn't check-in immediately because wireless was down. Went to dinner and returned at 10pm. By then the lobby was full of guests unable to check-in. Children crying and lying on the floor exhausted. The assistant manager in charge said he could do nothing and there was nobody he could contact. By 11pm we called Expedia, whose customer service agent was *excellent* and helped us find somewhere else to stay - thank you! This hotel is part of the massive international Marriot chain. It can't be the first time they have faced an IT snafu. They certainly have a plan B for this contingency, but at this particular branch, the staff were poorly trained and unhelpful. The icing on the cake was the difficulty we had in getting the $150 self-parking fee (for three days) refunded. This required multiple calls and emails. It's possibly a well appointed hotel, but if you have any problems at all, the staff is unlikely to be able to resolve them. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel was very nice and super convenient while going to Cleveland Clinic. The walkway between the hotel and hospital made things super easy. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice, although the bed was a little hard for my liking.

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful hotel! Only issue was the ice machine on my floor was broken. Also, Great drinks downstairs at the bar!
