« This pet-friendly house was the perfect place for a late-June home base for our UP adventures. Having laundry available was especially helpful after riding the dusty trails that were also muddy in spots. When we were there, the only AC was a 4,000 btu window unit in the living room. It didn't get over 70 degrees during our stay, though, so it's possible more units are added as the weather warms up. There's also a dehumidifier in the kitchen to help with humidity. « This was a great place to stay while exploring Porcupine Mountains, Keweenaw Peninsula, Apostle Islands, and Lake Superior Beaches. Nice central location. Host was excellent with communication. On Thursdays, you might even get the option for homemade pasties to be delivered. House is spacious, couches are comfortable. Many items provided to ensure you can eat at the house. « We loved our stay here, such a cozy place and the back was perfect for campfire, morning walks, the hot tub, nice and simple furniture, and the moose and bear decor was adorable! Very clean and has all the amenities plus doggy supplies, we will love to come back soon! »

« If you are looking for a very clean, well functioning home to stay in this is the one! This is the kind of place where all you need to do is bring your personal stuff and show up because every time you come here everything is working properly and very comfortable. The home is newly renovated with great upgrades like a new fireplace and a brand new beautiful sauna! We have now stayed here the last few times we have come up to visit family in the area and we love it and will always chose this home...

« Great location for the 4th of July festivities. House was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion and this does not take away from the 5 star rating, if at all possible, add a 1/2 bath in the basement, larger groups would appreciate it! »

« We stayed for one night. The cabin is actually a mobile home, but it has a cabin like interior.. It was really clean and spotless. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating with letting us park our boats on the lot a little bit early. Check-in was easy. The campground itself was beautiful with the lake right there. I would recommend it to friends. »
