Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . »

« Since my review keeps getting denied I will have to put this very nicely . Stay somewhere else . The home is NOT equipped to sleep 6 people . I do not trust the host as far as the said “damage” report after my stay . Terrible experience. Unfinished floors are dangerous with bare feet . I was scolded for leaving crumbs in the sink … At night you can hear rodents chewing at the floors and walls . Hotel is worth the extra , definitely! Literally anywhere else . »

« We love the Hannu house. This is our second year staying and we will be back again. Jake was wonderful to work with. The home is a perfect cabin for our ski trip and 5minutes from powderhorn and 20 from snow river. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. The coffee and hot chocolate stations in the kitchen were great amenities. The master bedroom and bath room are lovely. Comfortable beds. « The cabin is brand new and very modern. The location is beautiful and remote. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-floor heat made the temperature cozy and not drafty in negative degree weather. The host leaves a nice note and basket of treats for the guests. While I tend to bring most of what I need with me, in an emergency I noticed the cabin has many items you could forget. i.e. q-tips, body wash, shampoo, coffee filters, olive oil, spices, etc... I think this belongs to the owners so...

« The motor lodge was quiet and very clean. You can tell the owners care about the property. Added bonus were the massage chairs! Also, it was very cold when we stayed and our car would not start up in the morning. We called the property manager to see if anyone was on site that could give us a jump. There was not but they made a call for us and someone was out to help within minutes. They also made sure we had access to the lobby so we would not freeze while we waited.
