Bedroom 1 has a queen bed in the lower level of the house, bedroom 2 is a full size bed in the upper level of the house, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds in the upper level of the house. The house has two air conditioning units (Seasonal). Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. One car long garage to park vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water crafts. The garage is especially useful in the event of unexpected mechanical issues where working indoors will keep you out of the elements. The house is near 585 miles of ATV trails, 3000 miles of snowmobile trails, 30-45 minutes from multiple ski hills, Porcupine Mountain National Park, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, and hiking trails. The garage would be really nice to use in the winter snowmobiling or working on anything really. It was nice to have dry wood available to have a bonfire. The house was very clean and neat with plenty of room to park a truck and trailer. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it is on the highway and you cannot legally ride a SxS the 1/8th of a mile to the trail per the county sheriff. We trailered to the co-op 1/4 mile down the road which was easy enough. Lots of people just roll the dice, but we didn't want to take any chances. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Chris B.
