It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. The open floor plan worked perfectly for our family. There is central a/c, but it was still a little warm upstairs. The hosts supplied fans in each bedroom that kept us very comfortable. The house is on a quiet street, the wifi was great, and the hosts were very responsive. To note, the upstairs ceilings are quite low, and my boys (6'1" and 6'2") had to duck to make sure they did not hit their heads. The two twin bed bedrooms have a curtain for the door.
