"By far one of the best Embassy’s I have stayed at. The staff was helpful and if we needed anything it was quickly addressed. The breakfast was great. The hotel and room were clean. The location was close to Bank park and the Fashion Outlet. They had a free shuttle that was easy to use. Only issue I had was we ended up in an handicap accessible room. The removable shower did not mount so if you accidentally turned it out it sprayed everywhere. The shower was slippery. And since it did not have much of a lip on the shower the bathroom floor got extremely wet. We went through a ton of towels. It was definitely a fall hazard. Also where the bathroom was in the room you could hear everything going on in the bathroom everything echoing. So no real privacy."

"Upon walking in the lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and front desk staff ready to help. Check in was quick, the price was unbelievably affordable, especially for location, and the room was above expectations. Bedding smelled fresh and clean, breakfast was amazing compared to other complimentary buffet-style breakfasts I've experienced. Check out was quick and easy. I look forward to staying again and at other Hyatt locations. "

"We had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Easy check-in and checkout, felt welcome, and easy to get ride shares at any time of the day. The rooms were clean and fit every need. Shout out to the comfortable beds in the room. We enjoyed visiting Miz at the bar when it was raining and the food was delicious. Plenty of things to do in the area and not too far from all great spots Chicago has to offer."
