"The front desk workers were rude and unwelcoming. Guest got stuck on the elevator. The room that I booked was unavailable. The room that they offered to me had a bad odor and the front desk attendant stated that we can just open a window. When I advised her that that would be unacceptable she then stated that there were no more available rooms. After expressing how disappointed I was with the experience she then found an available room with the accommodation that were originally booked. There seemed to lack of staff. The air conditioner stopped working and there was no one available to repair it. I was very disappointed with The Holiday Inn or Staybridge. Not really sure of what the location identifies as however I felt like I had checked in to a Motel 6."

"Hotel needs an immediate renovation. Cleaness in the halls is poor, rooms with very old mobilia, beds not comfortable, cheap small towels."

"I stayed here because I was able to park for a few days for a fee. They did not have parking this time so it was a wasted hotel stay. I will not be staying here again. It is not nice but it had parking. Now that it doesn't have parking,I do not recommend at all."

"Charged 2 times, once through Expedia and then again through “Hyatt”. Watch charges closely if booking through Expedia. Hyatt itself is lovely!"

"There was a little mix up with the rooms when we first arrived but the staff was very helpful and it was resolved quickly! Other than that the stay was good. We love the in and out parking!"
