"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. "Miguel in the breakfast room is fantastic!!! Staff at reception was very nice and efficient. The barman needs to go back to charm school for a refresher. Seems like he hates his job and barely tolerates his customers. $72 a night for parking is just too much and taints the entire experience. This is the second time I've stayed there and that fee was much less 6 months ago. Sorry but this will be the last time I stay in the Softiel because of this. Philly has many great hotels."

"Most importantly the room were exceptionally clean, front staff was polite and quickly checked us in. Breakfast selection was fresh and delicious. Parking was easy and felt safe. Definitely will stay again. "

"Staff was nice, Had everything we needed but I’ve never been in such a dusty room. HVAC definitely needs a maintenance/upgrade. I dusted room daily myself but within minutes dust was settling again from the dirty HVAC unit. They are under some renovations so I’m sure there will be plenty of upgrades sometime soon. "
