"The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we first checked in we were given a room with only one little window facing a wall of another building. The room #21 was clostriphobic...they quickly moved us to another room that had 3 windows and a lovely mountain view which we greatly appreciated especially as we were staying for 5 days. The inn was very quiet which we also appreciated. They do need to add a hook on the bathroom door for a robe etc . They had an iron in the room, but no ironing board. The bed was comfortable. Waterton is a lovely little town. Lots to see and do. A great place for a quick getaway."

"The room we were initially given was infested with flying ants. When we complained, we found out that the room had been sprayed the day before! We were given another room which was free of flyingants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This property does not meet my idea of a "resort". Attempts to renovate fall short. There are not enough outlets to support the basics. The refrigerator was unplugged so that the microwave could be plugged in. The hair dryer didn't work. There was a lamp on one side of the bed only. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it."
"The hotel was in great shape and the staff were excellent. My only criticism is the location. It’s in a light industrial area, but so are most of the hotels in Pincher Creek. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to be aware of. All things considered, we were happy with our stay."

"Joe was an excellent host. The cabin itself is quite rustic so if you're not into nature and expect everything to be spotless, and/or need internet/cell service, then this place may not be for you. The location is AMAZING. We loved not having wifi or cell service; the peace, quiet and privacy was incredible; sitting by the river and letting our dog explore the property was wonderful. It was also a really good jumping off point for visiting Crowsnest Pass, Fernie and Waterton. Joe's stories were so interesting and staying on the ranch was a nice treat for us. Overall a good experience and we'll be back."
