"The reception staff was very welcoming and made sure we knew all the availability and times of the various amenities. They informed us we could order room service using the QR code in the room, but unfortunately ordering the kids meals was not an option. My husband called down to the restaurant who gave some back and forth on bringing the meals to the room. I had two young children who wanted to go to the pool closing within the hour and I was stuck in the room with a disabled child who would not have handled additional transitions well. The food was delivered and I did not realize that they had already included 22% gratuity in the bill (it wasn’t itemized) and I tipped an additional $10 on top. My husband had to call down to the restaurant again to find out why it was so much, which is when they told him. There was nothing clearly stated or explained about gratuity automatically being included and it was only 3 meals so it didn’t meet the 6 person minimum for auto inclusion. It took my husband conversations with three different people who all said they’d handle it to have it rectified and properly addressed. I don’t mind generous tipping, but $22 on $36 wasn’t warranted. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was really nice, with many options. All in it was a good stay despite the lack of transparency with the food."

"The property was conveniently located within easy access to major highways. The front desk was manned 24 hours and the staff was helpful. The only issue we had was the funky AC unit, which was loud when it turned on and off, and we couldn't run the fan only for air movement. The AC unit controls could not be changed, only the temp. So either we were freezing or it got warm quickly. But that's the only complaint. All else was good."
