Pastel-colored villas line the shore of Lake Como where elegant wooden boats glide past the town's waterfront promenade. Villa Melzi's gardens offer the most spectacular lakeside views, especially in spring when azaleas bloom alongside centuries-old trees and classical sculptures.
Great property a short walk to restaurants, shops and boats. In beautiful Bellagio with easy access to many other towns. Great breakfast and terrace with view of the lake. Uphill walk back to property.

Great location, very quaint et quiet. Very clean. Kitchen was a little challenging given how small everything was. It was not really possible to cook.
I appreciated the good communication and clear directive with the owner prior to getting there.

Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy.
Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels.
Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...

We had a great stay...easy to find from the bus stop. bus from Como...ride was so beautiful. Nice breakfasts, lovely staff, close to the ferry terminals. Staff opened up breakfast room early for us the day we had to leave. Much appreciated. Bed was comfortable, lovely sheets, but a bit too hard for our preference. We enjoyed our visit to Mennagio. Visited Bellagio and Villa Carlotta too.

Located right in the old part of town, in a pedestrian area. Old building but very well renovated, clean, quiet and fresh. Checking-in and out was all via code keys, simple and effective. The church across the square is a must-see - 17th century.

Villa Costanza was an incredible holiday! We loved Donatella and her family. They were so incredibly kind and truly run the best bed and breakfast out there! They ensure you have everything you need from taxis to restaurant reservations.
Blevio is located beautifully on the lake, and the views from the room are BREATHTAKING! It is close to Como city, and not far to get to the tip of Como Lake.
Book! You will not regret it.
