"I was first assigned to a room that was totally not cleaned at all. Further, one of 2 keys did not work at all. Later they switched me to another room which was fine and thank them. But again, for the new room, one of 2 keys did not work again. "

"Very good service, good and comfortable room to stay in. Only down side it's hard to find, Google maps needs to have the location so it can be found easily by navigation. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is easy to find (but a bit tucked away in a residential area) and easy to reach by bus. It's very clean and spacious. If you come by tourist shuttle, take the Veteran's Hospital bus stop. You can easily go from here to Sun Moon Lake. There's a night market nearby, and a spacious Macdonald's with very enjoyable music. The friendly reception desk person did not speak English but we were able to communicate through Google Translate."
