The staff spoke great English, and were very helpful. This was the closest to a Western hotel / Marriott experience we got on our trip to Taiwan. Friendly frontdesk and staff. Good breakfast buffet. Has both eastern and western style breakfast to eat. Has a water dispenser in the room. Can refill your own bottle, which is environmentally friendly. Minus: No shower curtain in the bathroom.
