The welcome we received was warm and attentive, we felt right at home the moment we stepped through the door to our room. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the room was decorated so nicely. The General Managers and staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. The spa experience was top notch and Jasmine, my therapist was so intuitive and had a wonderful touch. The Grand Halai is one of the best experiences I’ve had top to bottom. No food or drink service at the pool - also seems unusual for such a high end hotel.
