We really appreciated her thoughtfulness! The shampoo and hand soap were also great. Love the smell of it. While the directions on the Expedia app were slightly off, the friendly locals were more than willing to help guide me to the correct location, showcasing the warm and hospitable nature of Taiwanese people. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly nice lady who made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, a testament to the meticulous care she takes in maintaining the property. Joyce, the hotel manager, was the sweetest person ever. Each day, she prepared breakfast with generous portions and always offered more. The breakfast was a delightful fusion of Western and local dishes, providing a unique culinary experience each morning. Joyce greeted us daily, inquired about our plans, and offered valuable information about various places to visit, enhancing our overall experience. After we checked out, she even gave us a parting gift, a lovely gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. If we ever come back to Sun Moon Lake, I’d definitely stay here again.
