"The hotel was very clean all over. All staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The coffee machine in the room and the coffee provided were also top notch. We loved everything!"

"The hotel is well located, an easy walk into Andermatt. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a squeeze. Breakfast was pretty lack lustre with a few pastries, cereal and ham/cheese. Unfortunately there were a lot of flies on the food which was out (the pastries, bread, cheese, ham) The check-in was a pain, would it hurt to have keys... Expensive for what it was. But clean"

"We really enjoyed staying here, the easy access to the main street, the trams and all the amenities of Grindelwald. Once we were checked in we didn't get in the car again until it was time to leave. We choose the room with mountain view and enjoyed our time out there staring at the Alps. The breakfast was a great bonus too and had all the options we needed to start our day and get fueled up for our mountain activities."
