Arrived to a superb welcome, and great host. A very modern hotel, with everything catered for. Immaculately clean, and great comfortable rooms, with lovely balcony's allowing great views over the Swiss mountains. We were only staying one night due to being on a driving tour through Europe, but would definitely, arrange to stay again when we are in to area again, mind we would make sure we did just to use this hotel again really! The Restaurant service was great, (the waiters recommendation for the starter was delicious, along with my wiener schnitzel) along with the food for dinner and breakfast, which had a great selection and the scrambled egg ordered was good too. What really stands out, however, is the staff. This is a family-run operation and Simon and his sister, Shaneen (sp?) are exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. Additionally, our server in the restaurant, Robert (unless my memory is failing me), was both excellent at his job and a very witty, fun guy.
