« This is basically a nicely converted motel room. The walls and floors are super thin. The people above us were SO noisy. We were glad we were only there 1 night. The ACcis a wall unit. It’s pretty noisy, and I felt like the room was just kind of damp/humid in general. I thought it was too expensive for the price, and we travel/book a lot. »

« Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner...

« Pace was amazing. Was exactly what we were hoping is was. Perfect location. Right by everything. You could sit outside and here the music from The New deli. Great bands. 5 stars all the way. »

« The property is wonderfully designed and maintained. The zero contact check-in went smoothly. The property is a nice walk to downtown and in the great historic residential neighborhood. They provided a lot of free healthy food for snacks and water. The property has a lot of parking. »

« This is a charming roadside inn. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a mini fridge in the room. The campfire Friday night was also nice. This was a great, inexpensive place to stay in Eureka Springs. The owners were very nice. The property was lovely with plenty of outdoor seating areas. It was about 10 - 12 minutes from downtown. I’d definitely stay there again. »
