"Beautiful and historic"

"Older building with lots of history. We were in the second building, second floor, up a staircase. Had problems with the TV, but the front desk responded quickly. Wife (who is very short) had problems getting onto the tall bed. Good place to stay for the Durango to Silverton train ride."

"The first condo we stayed in was not updated. It was like 90s decor. The beds were nice but there was a very strong old musky wood odor thru out the whole condo. We stayed for about 30 min. Within that time I thought maybe it just needed to be aired out. That didn't work. So I called the front desk and asked if we could get a different room to which they obliged. We got our new keys and went to our new room which was new/updated. There was playground right next to our condo and the location was good. We got to look out on our patio towards the lake. There was enough space for us and our 3 kids. Would stay again. "
