"We stayed here 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Rooms were decent...nothing fancy. Breakfast was limited. Hotel is very convenient to the ferry terminal, safe and quiet. Price is very reasonable for the area."

"Where do I start? We absolutely loved this place! The views! Relaxation! Peace and serenity. This Pebble Beach Villa comfortably housed 9 members of my family for 5 nights. It has everything you need plus more. It was clean, spacious, inviting, lots of natural light and there are views in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill made wonderful burgers and grilled corn, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, the yard is beautiful with fruit trees, the many balconies are so inviting with incredible views and super comfy furniture… I could go on. We have already made our reservation for next year. Lara was an amazing host, responding to my questions and messages within minutes, sometimes seconds. She was very professional, helpful and made us feel so very comfortable, and also very knowledgeable about the area with restaurant and entertainment recommendations galore!! We highly recommend this amazing house and all it, and the host, has to offer. We didn’t want to leave!"

"The view from the back deck is magical, we spent 4 nights at the property and 80% of the time was sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck just gazing out at the water and listening to music. One of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had!!"

"This is a beautiful, very clean and well equipped house in a great location. Steps away from the water and next to Fort Ward park. The charming community of Lynnwood is only a mile away.Our only complaint is the security pad, which we found to be a little difficult. But Sarah, our host was quick to help. "Our family of 6 stayed at Murden Cove last week. We all felt like we had hit the VRBO jackpot staying in this beautiful old house. It sits very close to the water and the beautiful views of the cove, the Canadian geese, great blue heron, sea gulls, beautiful sunrises and the fog blowing through the evergreens across the bay were all a constant marvel. The grounds around the house are quite beautiful, filled with blooming hydrangea, rosemary, flowering oregano and apple trees filled with apples. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the cove and on the grassy hill just next to the house. The house itself is lovely and cozy, decorated with an artistic elegant eclectic style that is welcoming and warm. It offered everything we needed even just the two bathrooms (and one shower) was not an issue. Everything worked well and was very straightforward, no confusing issues. The house feels well maintained and fresh while still feeling quirky and quaint. It is not a modern house by any stretch so some of the doors don’t close firmly and the kitchen is clean and tidy and very well stocked but not remodeled which was just fine with us. Our favorite thing was to spend time in the house enjoying the view and being with family. Honestly, it felt like an honor to stay there. One thing that took getting used to was a funny smell that from time to time comes off of the cove, a sulfur smell from the organic matter in the bay. It came and went while we were there but was not a big deal."
