Affordable stay on BI. Property is older and showing wear, especially outside. Staff helpful. Beds are comfortable. Well situated for walking to downtown waterfront area and only one block to a shopping center for groceries, pharmacy and Starbucks. The check-in experience - Blake - was exceptional and went out of his way to get us into room type we requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the coffee bar was a nice treat. It was an overall very pleasant stay and a good value.

Just a one night stay but enjoyed the very clean room, very comfortable bed, and tiled bathroom. Surprised that there is no fan in the bathroom, and staff was unable to make our tv remote work. Would also add the room door had seal gasket worn away so could let rain in.

**Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price** Unfortunately, our stay at the Quality Inn on Bainbridge Island was disappointing.The room had a strong cigarette smell, especially when the air conditioning was not running. The room and overall building felt quite old and outdated. The beds were clean and comfortable, which I appreciated, but cleanliness alone could not make up for the condition and strong odor in the room. The staff also did not seem very friendly or welcoming. Communication felt limited, and they were not very engaged. At over $175 per night, I expected a much better experience. For the price, I don’t feel this hotel offers good value. I hope the management considers renovating the property, addressing the cigarette odor, and improving the overall guest experience.
