We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very welcoming and the concierge went out his way to book a fabulous wine tasting tour in Margaux. At the bar, Lilly was a spectacular. Lilly was an excellent mixologist! Every drink she made was delicious, and you can tell she really knows her craft. She was friendly, welcoming, and made our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re there, definitely ask Lilly to make your drink!

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

Outstanding luxury property in the heart of Bordeaux, right in front of the Opera House! I regularly stay in IHG properties, and these folks truly know what excellence in customer service means! Every one else should learn from them. Got an upgrade to a premium suite (thank you!), and the entire staff, amenities, bar, breakfast options were amazing! Can't appreciate the staff more than this! Will definitely recommend for a truly comfortable and luxurious stay!
