« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

« Extreme noises in the hallway all night long. People talking, doors slamming. The bathroom really needs remodeling. Exposed pipes bathroom door did not work. The main door you could see the hallway around the edges, and the door locks wouldnt hold anyone from breaking in. You could smell pot being smoked as you walked the halls. All in all I will not return. »

« 5 stars! My room was always made and cleaned by housekeeping Claudia! The vast number of working and clean amenities were available and the staff personnel are all so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable of the area. I will be coming again this year! Worth the value here! »
