« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« This hotel is nice, clean and quiet, close to some small restaurants and the riverfront green belt. A grocery store is within walking distance too. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that there is a popular fast food restaurant located in front the hotel property. There is always a long line of cars at the driveway for drive-in services. It blocks the traffic in and out of the hotel. »

« There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. We planned to buy more for our family dinner as a treat to surprise family but when we met up they were already raving sbout those! We also had a family dinner sat night and wine person was great!! Service excellent! Only negative was our tiny tiny room.. 2 people could barely turn around no room for luggage & bed was a full size. :( Do not book that room! Bathroom tile was cute though. »

« This was a nice hotel perfectly located in downtown Boise (e.g., close to businesses, great restaurants, and the Saturday market on 8th or 9th street). It is close to the Boise airport (10 minutes) and had easy self-park. The room was clean, staff were nice and very helpful, and the room was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the valet parking, SO easy, Always fast and the staff rocked it!! The Rooftop Bar, was packed, yet we were able to find a table and chairs and even invite our friends.
