I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. « Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! »

« Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one.
