The property is newly renovated and well done. Clean and spacious rooms. The lower floor which will likely be retail for the mist part is still under construction but does not interfere.
Excellent stopover 2 hours from Manhattan.

The property is very well maintained for an old style inn. Great rooms that are clean and updated but with a traditional charm. Most of all the managers are excellent and very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend the Hotel Belvidere to anyone travelling to this area. I will be back. Thanks Jennifer and Justin

This is a really well-maintained property with a caring and attentive staff. We had the option rather than the default of daily room cleaning which we opted to skip as it was a short stay. We stayed in the off season on a Wed night. So goes with out saying we had the place to ourselves.
It is a small motel nestled in on a lake that is surrounded by cottages. The motel and rooms are dated but clean. Big props to the young couple that own the motel. They go over and above to make sure you are having a great stay. We had use of the outdoor propane fire pit, with the option of lighting a campfire down by the lake. Handy next door is a little pub and restaurant.

Internet service in room was sporadic. Worked well in hotel common area.
