« Our room was a two bedroom which was more like two separate apartments! Full kitchen in one and smaller kitchenette for second room! Two full bathrooms, living rooms in both, our view was breathtaking! The staff did an amazing job making us feel welcomed! The coffeemaker in our room was not working and they immediately brought us a new one! The pool area was so spacious and lovely! The air conditioner kept up with the very hot weather! Everything we needed to drive to was just minutes away!...

« The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for...

« Staff very friendly and helpful. The property was not inviting. All lawn care was complete ignored. The condos were run down, windows very dirty, furniture was beyond use,trash cans outside the door had a terrible odor. The outlay of French Quarter was excellent, it appears years of lack of maintenance and repairs have severely damaged a once great resort. Again the staff was excellent . »
