The room was clean however there were ants all over the countertops. The sofa bed ottoman was stained. We were there five days four nights and we’re denied housekeeping services. We were granted, fresh towels, and a trash bag. However, the staff told us housekeeping services were reserved for those staying three days or less management told us housekeeping was reserved for those staying five days or less. Needless to say we did not receive housekeeping the entire time we were there. We were told Sonesta was not one of the brand-name hotels. It was bought out by a different company and because of that reason the Hotel management could make up their own rules. We traveled from Arkansas to Kansas City, which was a 10 Hour drive, we were utterly disappointed.
