"We had a wonderful time. The property was private and secure. We did use the pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The property had everything we needed and the property was very clean. Loved the mattress, we slept very well. The outdoor fire pit was warm and wonderful in the evening. "Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in."

"We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed."

"Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night."

"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
