I tried to request for an earlier check in as our flight arrived early and we needed to change for our 4 hour degustation Anniversary lunch at Disfrutar. The manager at that time was very surly and won’t have any of it. His personality was just cut and dry without a hint of a smile. The staff when we returned after our lunch to check in was better. Something just felt off with the morning staff though.

Wonderful weekend in Barcelona
The hotel was fantastic. When we arrived, welcome chocolates and a chilled bottle of champagne were waiting for us. (It was our honeymoon) The location is great for walking and though the pool was cold, it felt great soaking my tired legs in it.

Really good hotel in a great location!
The hotel was in a great location, very lively in the evenings with lots of restaurants around. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the bar staff were really nice and attentive, the bathroom was clean with plenty of toiletries provided. Downsides - we had a first floor room with a window that faced the courtyard which meant that the room barely got any natural light. The bathroom was a wet room, which was ok but there was very little ventilation so took forever to dry. Overall, great hotel to stay at if you get a différent room.

I cannot rate higher, fantastic service, champagne on arrival at reception, partners 50th birthday with fizz delivered to the room complimentary. Great location near La Pedrera and close to hop on bus route stop. Safe vacinity at night too. Would stay again.

Great for a family trip
A three day stay in Barcelona, H10 Art Gallery was very comfortable, had great air conditioning, was well located not too far from the Gaudi House. A very nice hotel! Excellent breakfast too with in hotel parking.

The hotel itself is very well appointed, I think there was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia and when I got there my room was much smaller than Expedia had advertised so that was disappointing. I also I was also disappointed that the room had a few things that were not working properly like the shower door and the telephone was broken that was immediately corrected so I was appreciative. I would still recommend this hotel to other guedt because of the staff, the area and how convenient enclosed to many areas of interest.totheothat.mishaps

Staff very hospitable. Rooms super clean. Loved our balcony. If I had to find a criticism, the balcony side door does not have a latch. Does not allow door to be completely closed when outside. If door gets closed, you cannot open it back into room.

Would highly recommend.
Rooms - excellent (we had a balcony and I would highly recommend it). Staff - excellent. Rooftop pool - excellent. Bar - excellent and reasonably priced. Location - excellent. You could stay closer to Playa De Catalunya, but this location is quieter and has loads of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. We never walked more than 10 minutes for our restaurants. The closer you get to Playa De Catalunya the busier and less clean it becomes.

Cool looking hotel in a great area close to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions in Barcelona. We enjoyed the terrace we had on our room each day. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas. Se escucha el sonido de las habitaciones del piso. Puse el cartel de NO molestar, de igual modo me tocaron la puerta a las 8am para hacer la habitación….

The smell of sewer ruined my stay in this hotel. I did not bother to change my room since we just stayed for a short night. But the smell was killing me.

Very well located, has lots of shops & restaurants walking distance. The area is very safe for the tourists. The hotel offers cleanliness, convenience & the staff members are very courteous. The breakfast area is impeccable & their buffet very yummy.

Not too bad.
Everything was great. The location was perfect , parking was a bit small but overall not terrible. Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what they offered.

Standard room is bery small. Window is into inner shaft/courtyard but can't haven window nor curtains opened up due to exposure. Room felt dark and dingy. Staff and vibe were ok but not more. Good breakfast. Tiny pool, overcrowded fir the size of hotel. Location excellent. Had hoped for more.

Cool stay, excellent location
Nice hotel, excellent location on a very cool street. Will definitely come back. Only detail is that the rooftop pool is very small and you can't swim but other than that all great.
