Very nice hotel with very pleasant staff. Room was very clean… a slight issue with shower but I reported as I checked out and staff member was very responsive. Would stay again.

H10 Madison was the perfect location in the Gothic Quarter for our first trip to Barcelona! The beautiful Barcelona Cathedral is just up the street as well as many other area attractions. The hotel was located on a quiet side street. The hotel had fantastic views from the rooftop!

A great welcome and a complementary glass of lemonade gave it the perfect little touch. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly, very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Even booked a flamenco event for us! The room was clean and had a mini bar. There were 2 bottles of complementary water & coffee pods for the nespresso machine! Beautiful bathroom with slippers and housecoat, and the softness white towels ever! Cute stone balcony…but disappointed because there was no view (only looking straight into another office building. Extremely comfortable bed & pillows. The terrace is beautiful with lots of places to sit as well as a cute pool. There is also a bar that stays open late food and drinks can be ordered). It is on the 8th floor and the view is amazing as we can see both churches. Shopping, food, and taxi are a step away! Perfect location …close to La RAMBLA, the squares and all the cute little narrow streets of the gothic quarter! Loved the hotel!

We loved our stay at H10 Madison! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredible and very clean. We loved the rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views.

The area was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful too!! It fit in aesthetically with the surrounding area very well!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate from check in to check out!! If these things aren’t enough you’ll also love the scent of this hotel!! The smell was so nice I am on the hunt to find out what it is to get a candle or reed diffuser for my house!!

This hotel was perfect in so many ways. The room was well appointed and extremely confortable. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. So convenient to sites, restaurants, shopping, and so much more. Ask for a room on the 2nd floor, they have fabulous balconies.

Absolutely loved this hotel - wonderful location to Cathedral of Barcelona, gothic quarter, shopping, Las Ramblas, and restaurants. Stayed two nights before a cruise - our two rooms were exceptionally clean, roomy and comfortable. The rooftop pool area is very relaxing and the entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel!!

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The juliet balcony with the street view was amazing. We had breakfast at the hotel most days which was also fantastic. The staff alone deserve 5 stars for service and kindness including the front desk staff, breakfast staff and rooftop staff. We had to switch rooms halfway through and the staff took care of moving our luggage to the new room while we were out exploring during the day which made such a positive impact on our travel day. Lastly we LOVED the rooftop. The rooftop bar/pool is exclusive to guests staying in the hotel and it has fantastic views of the cathedral. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Where to start? First it took us 1 hour to get to the hotel because of not finding taxis, then we arrived and when we got to the room the AC was not working. We contacted the front desk but did not have no maintenance on site. First they offered us to go to a hotel which was 2 times less that what I paid for my room. Second they offered us to go to a room of 2 people when we were 4. Then the other option was to stay without AC. We got them to return 100 which I think is not even fair considering I paid almost 600 for one night. We were never able to talk to the manager or supervisor since there was no one available. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Never again and if you want good attention and someone who is in charge that can solve your problems and be able to sleep well specially with kids is better for you to look for another hotel this one is not worth your money. I think this hotel should contract people with good customer service and not people you careless about quality and consumers needs and satisfaction

Hotel was beautiful. Staff at front desk excellent. Staff on rooftop need some classes with respect. We did not feel very welcome. It seemed like a chore for them to wait on us, yet very friendly with those who spoke Spanish. My husband got attacked and robbed by 5 thugs on our return trip to hotel from Picasso museum. Very upsetting, explained to wait staff, no concern what so ever. We stayed here 2 nights prior to our cruise as well and they were the same way then.We drink top shelf, tip well and are respectfull of others, and expect the same.Rooftop Staff,and getting robbed made us not want to return to Barcelona.
