When I was there the TV Did not work due to Internet issues They need black out shades because I was on the Frist floor and the lights from the Facility general area came into the room at night. Breakfast was average but come with the room.

Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

"While the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the property itself is in a state of disrepair. The bathroom had significant mold and the windows do not seal tightly which allowed mosquitos to enter at will. Additionally, there were more than one cockroach noted on the property.
