The receptionist, who met with us at the front desk, was very good. The room we got looked tired. The property is beginning to look tired and I can't understand why the rooms, where the paying guests are staying in, have to look so tired. The carpeting is worn out and the shower looks like it needs a clean and fixing. The fitted sheets on the bed at the bottom are torn. Something in the shower had come off and the marks are still on the wall and I would have thought that either the piece that broke would get fixed over that area or that should have been cleaned to make it look like there was nothing broken. Just to leave it showing that there is something broken, is sad.
