Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely. »

« Right in the heart of the Barbican this is a lovely modern apartment in a historic looking building. I loved that the hallway and stairs that lead to the apartment, and the apartment itself were adorned with the artwork of a local artist. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay! »

« The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

« Lovely accommodation. Clean. Comfy beds. Well stocked with crockery, towels, games (great for variable British weather), beautiful gardens. Only down side was cooking equipment non-stick frying pans were in poor condition so could no use, and cooking knives needed sharpening (however fortunately sharpener on site). Laundry also machine not in the accommodation and required additional payment to use which didn't appear clear on info. Despite these minor easy to rectify issues it's a fantastic...

« Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. »

« The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. When calling the reception I was told that they had been locked for "security" reasons and could not be opened. It appears...
