The pool was supper dirty, the Jacuzzi was also looking really dirty and not in service. It looks like it had a mold.. I was disappointed because the only reason I booked the stay was to have a relaxing day enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi. Not to mention there was a couple with the same reason as me, he even got the net to clean the pool himself, but once we saw the bottom was dirty too he went to make a complained.
Also I didn’t like the fact the rooms were across the lobby , you had to walk trough the parking lot to get to your room
It was a total waste of money and my day. I reached out to the manager to complain, but it’s been two days and I have not gotten a call back..
A sign should have been posted to let people know jacuzzi it’s out of service.

We showed up at 1 and the room was not ready. We were told to come back at 4 and when we did, the room was still not ready. The guy at the front desk was less than helpful and lacked a personality. The room was nice but the front desk was horrible
