eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Clean room, friendly staff and great location.

From the outside it may not look like much, with the open-air bar fronting the street, but walk past that & you find a very quiet & dignified lobby & reception area. This place has a lot of character, & it no doubt had an interesting previous life before becoming a hotel. Well situated in Chinatown. Check-in: quick & easy. We arrived mid-morning, so rooms not ready. They secured our luggage, then we explored the Chinatown area. Rooms have a certain charm. Very different in many ways from a typical hotel. The door of each was flanked by two chairs with stools. The rooms all face a central atrium that flows from the 2nd floor to the top, 6th floor. Our suites were on the 2nd floor. They were spacious, decorated with Chinese-influenced pieces. A sitting area, a king sized bed, & a large bathroom area that included separate facilities for tub, toilet and shower. NOTE: there is no external window in room, so no natural light in the rooms. There was a mosquito issue in one of our suites at night. That same room had no a/c on final night, nor did much of the hotel. Other room had too much a/c & had to constantly adjust it down. Breakfast buffet had lots on offer. Bar was hopping, with live music, nightly. Noise did not flow through to rooms, though. Staff attentive and friendly, concierge even took my husband to a barber across the street upon request.

Excellent front desk service! Good location! Shuttle to BTS but it’s not far by foot. Rooms are nice and clean!

The room was bigger than expected. Nice sized bathroom. Needs a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning, however I was rarely in my room. Right by a 7/11 and 6min walk to bts which gets you to a few places. For a 3night stay, it was decently priced.
