"The property was clean, with a very professional staff, available to help you, the room was comfortable and well maintained, a few bits of wear and tear, from a busy hotel, as one would expect. The breakfast was decent for the size of hotel and with a nice selection of hot and cold dishes, including an egg station, plenty of staff to help you as well."

Compliments to all of your hotel staff for making the stay in Bangkok so memorable. Clean and safe property, a wonderful koi pond shaded by trees - it's a welcoming sanctuary amidst this busy city. Also, centrally located, close to shopping and sites. Excellent for walking and solo travelers! Generous buffet breakfast, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and chat with people from around the world! Thank you!"

"What a fabulous hotel! Staff are so helpful and polite, rooms are clean and spacious. Easy to get to by train from the airport in 30 minutes. With the traffic, a car will take much longer and be more expensive (train is £1 per trip!). Will book this hotel again next time we come to Bangkok."
