short stay at the Flutes Boutique hotel, very comfortable stay, staff is very nice and helpful. Ms. Barkha at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Kettle with coffee/ tea / water is provided daily. Baggage room is available too. Access to the hotel is also very convenient. The area is safe and secure, with public transport and app based transport - Uber/ Bolt available. Room service is also very prompt and available most of the time. Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice.
