Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

Generally, we enjoyed our stay at Lebua. The staff were extremely friendly. However, we were extremely frustrated with the operation of the television in our room. It would often glitch, send messages about the connection, wouldn’t turn on or off or just froze. We did notify the front desk and they did send a technician each time for a total of three times on three separate occasions. Finally on our last night, the television stopped working altogether. When we notified the front desk ONCE again about the same issue over the last ten days we spent at the hotel, we asked to speak with the manager at check out. We were informed by a manager, should we decide to return to Lebua in the future we would somehow be compensated. For the price of this hotel it is unacceptable to be inconvenienced by a faulty television. I think we should be compensated with some expense taken off the total of our bill.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

I recently stayed at Eleven Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, thanks largely to the exceptional staff. The location is both a plus and a potential drawback, depending on your preferences. It’s right in the heart of Bangkok’s nightlife scene, which makes it convenient for those wanting to explore the city’s party side. However, for anyone seeking a quieter environment or a more discreet entry point, the alleyway entrance and the noise-prone surroundings might be a downside. That said, the hotel is fairly upfront about its location when booking, so no surprises there. Unfortunately, one issue that did impact my overall impression was during breakfast: I noticed bugs crawling on a table, which was concerning and definitely detracted from what was otherwise a solid stay. Cleanliness in dining areas is a non-negotiable for me, so this was disappointing.
