« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Castaway Koh Lanta pour son emplacement à quelques pas de la superbe plage. Le personnel était au petit soin, et tellement sympa, rien à redire. Notre unité était propre, pourvue de toutes les commodités et accueillante. Nous avons fait faire la lessive de la semaine pour 90 baths. Le restaurant et le bar ont un menu varié et succulent. Nous avons profité du service de massage sur place, et avons également adoré! Séjour parfait, sans fausse note! »

« Le seul petit détail qui nous a été désagréable, et qui ne dépend pas du staff et de son savoir faire, était le voisinage du bar où tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h/minuit on avait de la musique live. Pour un séjour calme et un peu loin du tumulte de Koh Lanta, et des autres îles, l'hôtel Phra Nang Lanta a été parfait pour nous. La plage est fabuleuse. L'hôtel a une taille raisonnable et le personnel était très attentionné. »

« Agréable séjour malgré un petit soucis vite réparé : la télévision ne fonctionnait pas sur la TV gratuite (live TV) uniquement sur les chaînes payantes J'ai dit que je ne voulais pas payer et que j'avais droit à une télévision comprise dans le prix Un technicien est passé et a reconnecté les chaînes et un câble soit disant inopérant. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc réveillés de bonne heure et la climatisation bruyante. Dans les bungalows "de luxe" sur la plage vous avez un douche et...

« If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. It is a bit out of the way so be prepared for that but if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds this is the place. Lovely beach practically private to walk...

« Right next to Relax Bay beach which was never too crowded. Place was bigger than expected with a small kitchen. Nice and clean. Very quiet at night so slept great. Unfortunately I never got the check in email, but manager was easy to reach over WhatsApp and showed up just a few minutes later to help me so all good. Greatly recommend this quiet place, would definitely stay again! »

"Superbe hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, la plage et la vue sont magnifiques. Idéal pour se reposer dans le calme. La chambre était spacieuse et bien climatisée, bien que le climatiseur semblait avoir un défaut car devenait très bruyant la nuit. C’était dérangeant pour dormir mais c’est le seul détail négatif. Sinon c’était parfait "

"Nous avons séjourné trois nuits pour 185€ dans cet hôtel, et l’expérience a été très décevante. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque flagrant d’entretien dans la chambre : • Propreté inexistante : sol poussiéreux, oreillers tachés, lambris arraché, murs et papier peint sales. Sous le lit, un véritable nid à poussière. • Salle de bain problématique : douche impossible à régler, soit glaciale, soit brûlante. • Mauvais état des équipements : la climatisation était défectueuse et ne pouvait pas être orientée, rendant la pièce inconfortable. • Isolation catastrophique : impossible de dormir correctement avec le bruit de la rue et des chambres voisines. De plus, la lumière entrait de partout (rideaux peu occultants, jour sous la porte). • Problème d’insectes : la porte du balcon laissait un large espace, permettant aux moustiques et autres insectes de rentrer. • Hygiène douteuse : ma serviette de piscine avait un chewing-gum collé dessus, ce qui en dit long sur le manque de soin apporté au linge. Seul point positif : la piscine, qui était propre et agréable. Face à tous ces problèmes, nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, mais l’hôtel a exigé un supplément, ce que nous avons refusé. Résultat : aucun effort de leur part et nous sommes restés dans la même chambre. En résumé, une très mauvaise expérience, un hôtel qui ne mérite absolument pas ses étoiles. À éviter !"

"Boutique Hôtel avec des prestations haut de gamme, des employés très bien formés et à l écoute de vos moindres demandes, tout cela dans la simplicité et avec beaucoup de sourires et gentillesse. L hôtel est très bien équipé rien ne manque. Les repas sont de qualité ,très frais, avec du choix, pour chaque plat vous pouvez choisir "pimenté" ou" pas du tout". C est notre 2ème long séjour dans cet hôtel et c est le seul endroit au monde ou nous sommes retournés telle notre satisfaction est sans égale. Un seul conseil : Allez-y 😎, qui plus est, les prix sont d un très bon rapport qualité-prix."
