« We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We chose to stay here for walkability to Snow Summit lifts. It’s more of a straight, pathed walk compared to the condos on the other side of Snow Summit (nearest the Adventure Academy) from which you have to walk around a few obstacles. We take this into consideration because we have young children in tow.
10 minute walk to Snow Summit with our 6 and 4 year olds carrying their ski gear on a snowy/slippery pathway.
The condo is very dated. As expected from the listing.
