« Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

« This place was very nice and conveniently located right next to the slopes. We would just walk back and forth between the slopes and the townhomes whenever we needed to take a break. Check in was very easy and they were very accommodating. Also very nice to not have to worry about the parking since it was easy and they had plenty of space. I would definitely love to come back! »

« The townhouse was clean and comfortable, and walking distance from snow summit, which was exactly what we were looking for. A couple notes I’d suggest to add to arrival instructions to make it easier on the guests… when you arrive the GPS will likely lead you the exit of the Snow Summit parking lot which has a sign saying Do Not Enter. « We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again! »
