"It was an OK experience. Needed to upgrade my room and talked to the receptionist. They were gonna contact me and never did. I was willing to upgrade to a suite and pay more and they didn’t even bother! Cleanliness was ok. Hotel design in general is nice. A decent 3.5-4 star stay. Nothing beyond."
