We had a couple of minute hiccups towards the end of our stay but Danielle was able to resolve those fairly quickly. Considering I’m this was our first stay in Jacksonville, the bars been set pretty high."

Well stocked kitchen tools.The SOFTEST towels.Was attending a conference downtown and everything was easy walking distance.I’m from an urban area so used to downtown type scenario. There were unhoused people around but everyone was very nice. Didn’t feel unsafe walking around but if you are not used to being in a city center you would want to keep on your toes.Would stay again."

"The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees. I had dinner meetings and couldn’t risk coming back to a blistering apartment, so I made other arrangements and left. The walls are thin and I could hear conversation and TV from neighboring unit. "I am not even sure where to begin. This is actually an apartment complex and not a condo or privately owned. We drove from VA to only find out that our reservation was supposed to be canceled earlier that day. I sent several messages before we arrived and received no response. The rental office did not know the host or anything about our reservation. I finally got a hold of the host, and she was supposed to send someone out to let us into the rental.... ten minutes later, we got a cancellation...
