"Best hotel in my opinion in the Dallas area! Been booking here since 2019. Always clean and helpful staff. No disturbances whatsoever. And as always so unique as well as beautiful rooms and Art! Lastly has the best view of downtown Dallas skyline! 10/10"

"Clean, convenient. Free parking is great! Only complaint is that the bed in my room needed to be replaced. Had a big indentation in the mattress."

"Awful had roaches spiders towels were filthy. You can tell that they had been washed too many times the area around the property abandoned just all around. Poor service was poor. I was switched to three different rooms. Disgusting until I finally just asked him to give me my money back"

Some details were not ideal, ie bathroom is not as private and shower set up is not ideal(no towel hooks in bathroom And door placement is awkward. )Vibe and comfort of room is great however. Not sure if it was a typical weekend when we were there, but there were many outside party (not hotel guests) parties so the rooftop lounge was unavailable. Small things like simple room amenities were unavailable (bring your own plates and plastic ware etc, if you have your own snacks). No microwave in room. It was clean and decor is very fun. Room was quiet, from outside noises at least where we were located"
