Todo el personal fue muy amable, educado y atento, tanto conmigo como con mi esposo. Quiero destacar especialmente la honestidad y amabilidad del equipo: durante nuestra estadía extravié unas gafas que había dejado en uno de los muebles de la recepción. Cuando regresé a preguntar si alguien las había visto, las tenían guardadas en el front desk. Este pequeño detalle realmente me hizo sentir que estaba en un lugar seguro y con personas de confianza. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estadía y nos llevamos una hermosa experiencia. Sin duda, es un hotel al que volvería y que recomendaría. ¡No puedo esperar para regresar!"
