9/10 Wonderful! (610 reviews)
The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. We also had no control over the room temperature (to make it cold), and it was sometimes uncomfortably hot. It got better when the weather cooled down. Additionally, we were without water for about 16 hours due to flooding, which made the overall experience less pleasant.
However, I have to mention that the staff and manager did their best to help us. They moved us to a bigger room and tried to adjust the temperature to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated their efforts.

Demiray was amazing!!
The staff gave us the room since 6 am, while their check in time was in the afternoon.
They allowed us to have breakfast that same morning, while our plan would have started the following day. No other place would have done this. Extremely accommodating to the guests.
They give guests unlimited bottles of water.
The steam, sauna and the bath were amazing, so was their jacuzzi and pool.
This was our second time in three years and every time we were extremely happy.

8.2/10 Very good! (826 reviews)
"The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience"
